SAFE TOGETHER,
PROACTIVE AND COLLABORATIVE
INCIDENT MANAGEMENT
COLLABORATION | COMMUNICATION | INCIDENT MANAGEMENT
Safe Together, a collaborative module of the SafeToLoad suite, optimizes incident and anomaly management in the logistics chain for service stations, depots, and transporters. Service stations report incidents via the application, depots manage anomalies during safety checks, and transporters report incidents on the road, ensuring traceability and follow-up. Events are recorded, tracked, and analyzed to produce statistics and KPIs, allowing the development of corrective action plans. Safe Together aims to improve safety, increase productivity, and facilitate collaboration, thus enhancing the safety and efficiency of logistics operations.
ROLES OF DIFFERENT ENTITIES
Service Stations

Role
Service stations report incidents and anomalies that occur during unloading, storage, or service operations.
Product Use
Use of the SafeToLoad application to record incident details, such as fuel spills, equipment failures, or safety violations.
Event Reporting
Incidents are reported directly via the application, and the data is sent to the CROLs for follow-up and management.
Depots

Depots manage storage and distribution operations and monitor the loading and unloading of trucks.
Product Use
Depots use SafeToLoad to perform systematic inspections and manage anomalies detected during safety checks before truck loading.
Event Reporting
Detected anomalies and incidents are recorded and reported to the CROLs, with complete documentation of the corrective actions taken.
Transporters

Transporters ensure the safe transport of petroleum products between depots and service stations.
Product Use
Transporters use the application to report any incidents occurring en route, such as accidents, vehicle breakdowns, or safety procedure violations.
Event Reporting
Incidents are reported via SafeToLoad, allowing traceability and follow-up of corrective actions implemented.
IMPROVING SAFETY
Reducing risks by quickly identifying and correcting anomalies.
Increased Productivity
Minimizing interruptions by efficiently resolving issues
Collaboration and Communication
Facilitating a shared safety culture and a coordinated response to incidents.
EVENT MANAGEMENT PROCESS

Event Reporting
All incidents and anomalies are reported via the SafeToLoad application, which records precise details such as the nature of the incident, photos, comments, and electronic signatures.

Traceability and Follow-Up
Events are tracked in the SafeToLoad system, with reports generated and archived in the electronic document management system (EDMS).

Statistics and KPIs
Collected data is used to produce statistics and key performance indicators (KPIs). This information helps identify trends and evaluate safety performance.

Corrective Action Plans
Based on data analysis, corrective action plans are developed to prevent the recurrence of incidents. This includes improving safety procedures, additional training, and equipment updates.
