Actions, validation and sending

When all mandatory fields are entered, you can save the form by clicking on the “Validate” icon.

Finally, click on the “cloud” icon and send your report to the coordinators.

The Crol can put the form on hold or close it (the date and time will be entered automatically when the event closes).

The Crol can request more information about the event and send the form back to the carrier. The carrier can then consult the “CROL” page and look at the comment(s).
