Create a form
To create a form, click on the green “+” icon at the bottom right:
You have the choice between several forms:
- ACM – Forklift
- ACM – Truck
- ACM – Mobile crane
- ACM – Motor grader
- ACM – EP trailer
- ACM – Steelbro trailer
- ACM – Backhoe loaders
Make your choice by clicking on one of them, the form will open automatically.
You can filter your search in the associated bar above.
Click on the cross to return to the current checks.
