General Terms and Conditions of Use


Welcome to the SafeToLoad app.
The purpose of these general conditions of use (hereinafter “GCU”) is to define the rules for using the mobile application “SafeToLoad” (hereinafter “the Application”) published by the company Perfect Innovation.

By installing, accessing and using the Application, you acknowledge having read, understood, and accepted, without limitation or reservation, all of these CGU and you undertake to comply with the obligations incumbent upon you. In the event that you do not accept the CGU or have reservations, please do not use the Application. The CGU express the entire agreement between you and Perfect Innovation applicable to your use of the Application. We therefore advise you to consult this page regularly in order to familiarize yourself with the CGU in force when you use the Application.

Article 2 -Access to the site

To access the Application, you must have a mobile device and Internet access. The Application can be downloaded free of charge from the “Apple Store” and “Google Play Store” platforms.

The software version of the Application may be updated from time to time to add new functions and services. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are his responsibility.

Article 3 - Usage and User Engagement

Each person who browses the Application (hereinafter “User”) of the Application declares to comply with the T&Cs and laws in force, in particular:
  • Have the skills and means necessary to access and use the Application;
  • Consent to the Publisher of the Application and its partners, where applicable, the right to make any use of the information provided (other than personal data);
  • Have verified that the computer configuration used does not contain any virus and that it is in perfect working order;
  • Keep confidential the access codes and passwords that the Publisher of the Application may transmit to the User and therefore be responsible for their use and security. The Publisher of the Application reserves the right to suspend access to the Application in the event of fraudulent use or attempted fraudulent use of this access.
Each User is personally and legally responsible for the content, words and information they share on the Application. He makes sure to provide exact, complete, sincere, unequivocal information and to ensure, as necessary, the update in case of modifications.

It is strictly forbidden to access and/or use and/or attempt to access or use the source codes or objects of the Application. You do not acquire any intellectual property rights over the Application or its content, nor any other right than those conferred by these T&Cs.

Article 5 - Intellectual property

All information or documents (texts, images, animated or not, sounds, photos, know-how, products mentioned) contained in the Application as well as all the elements created for the Application and its general structure, are either the property of the Publisher of the Application, or are subject to rights of use, reproduction and representation granted to the benefit of the latter. This information and elements are subject to laws protecting copyright as soon as they are made available to the public on the Application. No license or right other than that of consulting the Application is granted to anyone with regard to intellectual property rights. The reproduction of the information is authorized for the exclusive purposes of information for personal and private use. Any reproduction and any use of copies made for other purposes is expressly prohibited and subject to the prior and express authorization of the Publisher of the Application. In all cases, the authorized reproduction of information displayed on the Website must quote the appropriate source and ownership.

Distinctive signs
Unless otherwise stated, the corporate names, logos, products and brands mentioned on the Application are the property of the Publisher of the Application, or are subject to rights of use, reproduction or representation which were granted for their benefit. They may not be used without the prior written permission of the the App Publisher.

Data base
Any databases made available to you are the property of the Publisher of the Application, which has the status of database producer. You are prohibited from extracting or reusing any qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of the databases, including for private purposes.

Article 6 - App Availability

The Application is accessible online 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. However, given the complexity of the Internet network and the influx, at certain times, of Internet users, SafeToLoad does not offer any guarantee of continuity of service and cannot be held liable in the event of temporary impossibility of access all or part of the Application. No right to compensation is granted under this paragraph. Perfect Innovation reserves the right to cease, without notice, without compensation and at its sole discretion, permanently or temporarily, to provide all or part of the Service or the functionalities of the Site.

Article 7 - Hypertext links

Activating links
The Publisher of the Application formally declines all responsibility for the content of the websites to which it provides links. Please consult the general conditions of use and the personal data and cookies policy, or any other document relating to the protection of personal data, of these websites in order to understand their practices. The decision to activate the links belongs exclusively to the Users. The Application Publisher may modify or delete a link on the Application at any time.

Authorization of links
If you wish to create a hypertext link redirecting to the Application, you must obtain the prior written authorization of the Publisher of the Application using the contact details mentioned at the end of the CGU.

Article 8 - Caution

The Information and recommendations available on the Application (hereinafter “Information”) are offered in good faith. They are believed to be correct at the time they are published on the Application. However, the Application Publisher does not guarantee the completeness and accuracy of this Information. You fully assume the risks associated with the credit you give them. The Information are provided to you on the condition that you or any other person who receives them can determine its interest for a specific purpose before using them. Under no circumstances will the Publisher of the Application be liable for any damages that may result from the credit granted to this Information or from its use. This Information should not be considered as recommendations for the use of information, products, procedures, equipment or formulations which would contradict any intellectual property right. The Publisher of the Application declines all responsibility, express or implied, if the use of this Information were to contravene an intellectual property right.

The Publisher of the Application categorically rejects any interpretation that would seek to assimilate the content of its websites to purchase offers or inducements to acquire shares or other listed or unlisted securities of the Publisher of the Application. No guarantee, express or implicit, is given as to the commercial nature of the Information provided, nor as to its suitability for a specific purpose, as well as with regard to the products to which reference is made in this Information. The Publisher of the Application does not guarantee, without this list being exhaustive, that the Application operates without interruption and that the servers which give access to it and/or the third-party sites for which hypertext links appear do not contain viruses.

Article 9 - Updates to the CGU and applicable law

The Application Publisher reserves the right to modify these T&Cs by updating them at any time. Consequently, the User is invited to regularly refer to the latest T&Cs in force available on the Application.

If one or more provisions of the T&Cs prove to be inapplicable or prohibited under public order regulations, the other provisions of the T&Cs not affected will remain applicable to the User to the extent permitted by such regulations.

The CGU are subject to French law and fall within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

Article 10 - Cookies

The User is informed that during his visits to the site, a cookie may be automatically installed on his navigation software. Cookies are small files temporarily stored on the hard drive of the User’s computer by your browser and which are necessary for the use of the site. and Cookies do not contain personal information and cannot be used to identify anyone. A cookie contains a unique, randomly generated and therefore anonymous identifier. Some cookies expire at the end of the User’s visit, others remain.
