Welcome to the SafeToLoad app.
The purpose of these general conditions of use (hereinafter “GCU”) is to define the rules for using the mobile application “SafeToLoad” (hereinafter “the Application”) published by the company Perfect Innovation.
By installing, accessing and using the Application, you acknowledge having read, understood, and accepted, without limitation or reservation, all of these CGU and you undertake to comply with the obligations incumbent upon you. In the event that you do not accept the CGU or have reservations, please do not use the Application. The CGU express the entire agreement between you and Perfect Innovation applicable to your use of the Application. We therefore advise you to consult this page regularly in order to familiarize yourself with the CGU in force when you use the Application.

To access the Application, you must have a mobile device and Internet access. The Application can be downloaded free of charge from the “Apple Store” and “Google Play Store” platforms.

The software version of the Application may be updated from time to time to add new functions and services. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are his responsibility.

Article 3 - Usage and User Engagement
Each person who browses the Application (hereinafter “User”) of the Application declares to comply with the T&Cs and laws in force, in particular:
It is strictly forbidden to access and/or use and/or attempt to access or use the source codes or objects of the Application. You do not acquire any intellectual property rights over the Application or its content, nor any other right than those conferred by these T&Cs.
- Have the skills and means necessary to access and use the Application;
- Consent to the Publisher of the Application and its partners, where applicable, the right to make any use of the information provided (other than personal data);
- Have verified that the computer configuration used does not contain any virus and that it is in perfect working order;
- Keep confidential the access codes and passwords that the Publisher of the Application may transmit to the User and therefore be responsible for their use and security. The Publisher of the Application reserves the right to suspend access to the Application in the event of fraudulent use or attempted fraudulent use of this access.
It is strictly forbidden to access and/or use and/or attempt to access or use the source codes or objects of the Application. You do not acquire any intellectual property rights over the Application or its content, nor any other right than those conferred by these T&Cs.

All information or documents (texts, images, animated or not, sounds, photos, know-how, products mentioned) contained in the Application as well as all the elements created for the Application and its general structure, are either the property of the Publisher of the Application, or are subject to rights of use, reproduction and representation granted to the benefit of the latter. This information and elements are subject to laws protecting copyright as soon as they are made available to the public on the Application. No license or right other than that of consulting the Application is granted to anyone with regard to intellectual property rights. The reproduction of the information is authorized for the exclusive purposes of information for personal and private use. Any reproduction and any use of copies made for other purposes is expressly prohibited and subject to the prior and express authorization of the Publisher of the Application. In all cases, the authorized reproduction of information displayed on the Website must quote the appropriate source and ownership.

Unless otherwise stated, the corporate names, logos, products and brands mentioned on the Application are the property of the Publisher of the Application, or are subject to rights of use, reproduction or representation which were granted for their benefit. Any databases made available to you are the property of the Publisher of the Application, which has the status of database producer. You are prohibited from extracting or reusing any qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of the databases, including for private purposes.

The Application is accessible online 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. However, given the complexity of the Internet network and the influx, at certain times, of Internet users, SafeToLoad does not offer any guarantee of continuity of service and cannot be held liable in the event of temporary impossibility of access all or part of the Application. No right to compensation is granted under this paragraph. Perfect Innovation reserves the right to cease, without notice, without compensation and at its sole discretion, permanently or temporarily, to provide all or part of the Service or the functionalities of the Site.

Activating links
The Publisher of the Application formally declines all responsibility for the content of the websites to which it provides links. Please consult the general conditions of use and the personal data and cookies policy, or any other document relating to the protection of personal data, of these websites in order to understand their practices.
